World of Warcraft currently tends to over 11.5 million subscribers world wide. That’s insane. With the new expansion that just came out, WoW fans all over are spending their time playing this awesome MMORPG. However, there are many subscribers that cant afford to pay their monthly membership fee anymore. A lot of retail members branch off to find a way to play World of Warcraft for free.
So where do the many World of Warcraft subscribers flock off too when they’ve realized they cant pay for their monthly subscription anymore? They find private servers. Private WoW servers allow members to play World of Warcraft for free. Sounds great doesn’t it? Well at first glance, it seems like a great idea. Who wouldn’t want to play WoW for free? However, there were some issues about the private servers that really turned me off. You see, playing World of Warcraft for free has its drawbacks. The game play on most servers is unfair. There is obvious preferential treatment to players from administrators in some servers that Ive been to. The lag is unbearable. They ask for donations which in turn beef up donators items which affects game play between donators and non-donators. It just seemed like a mess compared to retail. But I guess that’s the cost for playing for free.
Well after my fair share of time spent on free private servers, I knew right away that I had to go back to retail WoW. Thus, I spent some time figuring out how I could earn money to pay for my monthly subscription. Low and behold, I discovered a great way to earn money online for free! I haven’t looked back since.
Now, I play World of Warcraft for free on retail servers. Because I am able to basically earn money for free online. I think its a great system. Not only do I pay for my WoW subscription, I am able to pay for other games as well as my rent because I am in college.
