So you’re a busy mother who just had a baby. You need to get back into shape so you can return to a semblance of normality. There is good and bad news. The good news is that weight loss after pregnancy is possible. The bad news is that you will not have a semblance of normality for a while, especially if you have just had your first baby. I have never known a mother who went to something like a normal life quickly after a new baby. It simply does not work that way.
